Our workflow is structured with both client satisfaction and project efficiency in mind. Here are the key principles we follow:
1.Project Stages: We break down the creation process into several stages, with your approval needed at each step. This allows you to provide feedback and ensures the work aligns with your expectations:
1.1. We begin by producing a sketch or rough draft of the asset. At this point, you can assess whether it fits your vision and request adjustments, as long as they adhere to the original project specifications.
1.2. Next, we proceed to the final version of the asset. You’ll have the opportunity to review it and suggest any minor tweaks if needed.
1.3. Once you’ve approved everything, we’ll handle the final export. If there are specific naming conventions or structures you need, we’re happy to accommodate.
1.Key Information: It's essential that we gather all necessary details before starting the project. This helps us stay on schedule and avoid any unnecessary revisions.
2.Payment Structure: Typically, we divide the project into agreed-upon milestones, with payment required at the start of each one. Upon completion of a milestone, we’ll move forward once the next payment is made. In some cases, we can work with a payment structure of 50% upfront and 50% upon your approval of the final result, but prior to delivering the final exports (source files).
3.1. We cannot release the final exports (source files) until full payment for the respective milestone has been received. If your project has tight deadlines that require immediate file submission upon completion, we recommend making advance payments for the milestones.
1.Progress Updates: We provide regular updates throughout the project, which can be shared daily or whenever there’s a significant development—whichever suits you best. In return, we kindly ask for timely feedback to help us stay on track with the schedule.
2.Technical Details: While we can’t predict exactly how the assets will be integrated into your game, we strive for the highest quality. To ensure this, we request detailed technical information, which may seem extensive but is ultimately for your benefit down the line.
3.Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio. However, we respect your need for confidentiality regarding game assets, and we will always seek your approval before publicly sharing anything.
